- Page-related assets only when required to create or manage ads

- To create, duplicate, pause, activate, and update campaigns, ad sets, ads, and budgets
- To analyze campaign performance and automate operational tasks requested by the account owner
- To troubleshoot ad creation issues and maintain service functionality

Data is retained only as long as necessary for ad operations, logs, troubleshooting, and compliance.
